Still Health vs Strava.
Strava is the record of your runs and rides, and it is good at it. Still Health is the record of everything in between: the desk, the recovery day, the off-season. One measures the hour you move. The other measures the other 23. Not a replacement. The other half of the day.
01The short version
The hour you move. The other 23.
Strava is built for people who are already active and want that hour measured, shared and ranked. Still Health is for the rest of the time, and for the people a leaderboard of miles leaves out: desk workers, office teams, and athletes whose deload week deserves standings too. Two different jobs. Both are allowed on the same phone.

03Common answers
Is this a Strava alternative?
For the hour you move, no: Strava records the activity, and Still Health has no map and no route. For the other 23 hours, yes: a rest-day scoreboard with real motion data underneath. They fit on the same phone.
Rest days here, training days there?
Yes. Still Health does not touch your Strava data and does not need it. On a rest day, press Start, sit down, and the day has standings.
Does it track runs or rides?
No. It tracks stillness. Steps, distance and pace are recorded underneath a session, and pace reads ∞ until you cover ground, but a run belongs in a running app.
How does the price compare?
Strava's subscription is $11.99 a month or $79.99 a year plus applicable taxes, with a free tier (strava.com/pricing, read October 27, 2026). Still Health is free to track; Premium, the social arena, is $4.99 a month or $24.99 a year with a 7-day free trial on yearly, billed through your Apple ID.
Is the tracking real?
Yes. Apple Core Motion, processed on the device, with sessions anchored to the wall clock so they survive your phone falling asleep. Every number on every screen is measured, or reads ∞.
Affiliated with Strava?
No. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc. Still Health LLC has no connection to it. The comparison exists because people search for one.
